Addition to ARL: National Revenue Corporation

As at Friday 22nd February 2008, ARL is pleased to advise the addition of National Revenue Corporation (NRC) business to the ARL group. NRC operates a specialist collection business, involved in prepaid collection services and has successful relationships with clients across a broad range of industries.
This product offers a unique prepaid collection service which has the ability to accelerate debtor payments without unnecessary upset or alienation. 
Should this sequential program of letters and phone calls prove unsuccessful the amount transfer to a conventional debt collection service. NRC has operated in Australia for more than 11 years and with a history linked to ARL’s parent company NCO Group, the acquisition of NRC not only brings synergies to the current local operation, but internationally through NCO’s global network.

NRC will operate as a division of ARL, and we are delighted to announce that the principal staff have agreed to new employment agreements with ARL which will ensure the high client service levels will be maintained under the guidance and management of NRC’s Managing Director, Don Mc Alpine.

We look forward to the continued growth of the NRC business as part of the NCO Australian stable and to the expansion of this operation which is entirely complimentary to ARL’s current collection offerings.
